Vail Iconic Basketball Elite (V.I.B.E.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth basketball organization built to provide meaningful development, mentorship and competitive opportunities for athletes throughout Vail, Tucson and Southern Arizona.
We use basketball as a tool to teach confidence, discipline, teamwork, ownership and leadership. Our athletes are expected to compete with purpose, support one another and carry the standards of the program beyond the court.

VIBE was founded on a simple belief: young athletes deserve more than a place to play. They deserve standards, mentorship, opportunity and a community that believes in who they can become.
Basketball provides a powerful vehicle for developing confidence, discipline, resilience, leadership and belonging. Every practice, game and challenge becomes an opportunity to grow as both an athlete and a person.
